Who we are

This website is operated for Aerium INC., an aerial gymnastics studio at 275 Stradbrook Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0J5. For privacy questions or requests, email aerium.wpg@gmail.com or call +1 (431) 294-4187.

Your choices and browser storage

Optional analytics is off until you accept it. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing the website. Your analytics, video, and embedded-schedule choices are saved in this browser’s local storage for up to six months. This preference record is used to remember your choices, not to track visits.

Use “Privacy choices” in any page’s footer to change or withdraw permission. Withdrawing analytics permission stops our analytics loading and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website. It does not erase information already received by Google or storage belonging to another service. You can also clear cookies and site data using your browser settings.

Optional website analytics

On our production website, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages viewed, and interactions so we can improve the website. When allowed, it can use cookies and process information such as page URLs, browser and device information, interactions, and approximate location. Requests to Google also involve connection information such as your IP address.

We use basic consent mode: the Google Analytics tag is not loaded before you accept analytics. Google advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration. Analytics does not run on staging or review addresses.

Google processes information under its own terms and privacy practices, and processing may occur outside Canada. Retention also depends on our Analytics property settings. Read how Google uses information from partner sites. Contact us for questions about your information; we may need additional details to identify records associated with your request.

Video and the live schedule

Anna’s video uses a YouTube privacy-enhanced player. The player does not load until you select Play or otherwise allow YouTube. Playing it shares connection information with Google/YouTube and may involve cookies or browser storage. You can watch directly on YouTube instead; that visit is subject to Google’s privacy practices.

The embedded schedule is provided by the Aerium app, hosted on Base44. It does not load until you select “Load live schedule” or allow it in Privacy choices. Loading it connects to the app and may involve cookies or browser storage. Registration, accounts, and payments take place in the app and are handled by the app and its service providers, separately from this website’s analytics choice.

Previously allowed schedule embeds can load on later visits while your saved permission remains valid. Video playback still starts with your Play selection. You can turn either permission off in Privacy choices. We cannot clear another service’s cookies from this website.

Hosting, fonts, and direct contact

Our hosting and delivery services process connection information needed to deliver and protect the website. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to display them. These requests are separate from optional Google Analytics.

If you email, call, or contact us through a linked service, we use the information you provide to respond and assist with your inquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through general email. External links, including Instagram, maps, YouTube, and the Aerium app, have their own privacy practices.

Updates and questions

We may update these details as the website’s services change. The date above identifies the latest update. Contact aerium.wpg@gmail.com if you have questions or would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by Aerium, subject to applicable requirements.
